Geoffrey H J Baring is CEO of the Monash Consulting Group a Melbourne based Training Organisation and board member of the International Academy of Financial Management.
He has a background in management consulting, initially at London based Urwick, Orr and Partners and subsequently as the Director of Human Resources Consulting in the international accounting firm, Arthur Young.

Excelling in the strengthening of brand identity and in the operational implementation of strategic and tactical sales and marketing strategies within tight time-scales and to budget, including in-depth understanding of web strategy and the implementation of customer service initiatives to maximise customer loyalty.
Dr. Gordian Gaeta has been an advisor, consultant and partner to investment banks, and corporate finance boutiques within the region for more than 20 years. He has developed strategies and business plans for capital markets businesses in all major Asian economies as well as for many of the region's stock exchanges, capital markets associations and financial institutions. He currently operates his own private equity investments, risk advisory business and undertakes corporate restructurings.
Mr. Hatim Hassan Tahir FCIB, FSI, Executive Director
Dr El-Tahir, FCIB, FSI, Executive Director of Euronile Capital, a specialist think-tank focused on emerging capital markets and also providing niche consultancy services. He is also a founding member of Prosperitus Capital Partners LLP, a private equity and alternative investments advisory group focused on Shari'ah compliant private equity funds investing into emerging market real estate and infrastructure projects. Prior to joining Euronile Capital, Dr El-Tahir worked for the Dubai International Financial Exchange (DIFX) in a senior role and assisted in business and product development.
Mr. John Crookes Operational Risk and Compliance Manager
John originates from Dublin in Ireland where he studied at St Declan’s College. He began his career in London in 1983 and lived there for 12 years where he spent most of his career working for British Telecom specialising in Credit Control and Debt Management. This involved liaising closely with external Debt Collection Agencies obtaining background information for litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency cases, reporting on fraud events and special project work/investigations where required. He was also responsible for the implementation of the first In House Debt Collection Agency within British Telecom.
